I love working with newlyweds, families, and anyone with special flowers to preserve. Whether fresh or flowers you’ve been holding on to for a few years, I’d love to chat about how to best display your flowers!
okay, let me know the basics of how it works!
If you want me to preserve your fresh flowers, it’s ideal to receive them within 48 hours of your event! You can drop off at my home studio in Virginia Beach (preferred), or I will send instructions on how to mail them. A $50 deposit is required upon receipt of your flowers. From there, I will press or dry them for you, chat with you about design style, make your items, and let you know when they are ready for pick up/mailing.
Unless otherwise discussed, please expect a 4-5 month lead time on your project. I am a one woman show and make everything myself!
What can i have made with my flowers and how much will it cost?
I specialize in flowers under glass and do not work with resin. I can either press your flowers or 3D dry them (usually a combination of hanging to dry and silica preservation) and make a framed pressed flower piece or dried flower cloche. If working with previously dried flowers, a cloche or shadowbox will usually be the best option.
Customs start at $150 and most pieces end up in the $200-400 range. I offer a variety of frames from wood to metal, and also specialize in soldering our own metal frames.
I also offer add-ons if you want to have pieces such as small frames, coasters, or ornaments made for your family and friends!
